2. Data We Process

Identity & contact: name, surname, e-mail address, company name.
Account data: username, password (stored irreversibly hashed), account activity.
Order data: number of licenses purchased, order amount, billing details, payment status.
Technical data: IP address, browser information, session and log records, cookies.

Important: Your card details are never collected or stored on our site. Payments are processed on the secure payment page of iyzico (iyzi Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş.), a licensed payment institution, over 256-bit SSL.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

Creating and managing your account (performance of a contract),
Processing purchases, invoicing and payments (performance of a contract; legal obligation),
Providing, improving and securing the Service (legitimate interest),
Complying with legal obligations and responding to authorities,
Handling requests and complaints.

4. Data Sharing

Your data may be shared, strictly for the purposes above, with iyzico for payment processing, with our hosting providers located in Türkiye, and with competent authorities where legally required. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.

5. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to manage your session and remember your language and theme preferences. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.

6. Retention

Your data is retained for the duration of your account and for the statutory retention periods required by Turkish law (up to 10 years under e-commerce and tax legislation), after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may request information about the processing of your data, its correction or deletion, learn the third parties it is transferred to, object to automated processing and claim damages.
