The distance sales agreement applicable to Perfas license purchases.
SELLER:
BUYER: The natural or legal person who registers on the Perfas website and places an order, whose details are stated on the order form.
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of Perfas performance-management platform client licenses ordered electronically by the BUYER, pursuant to Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
Payments are collected via the secure payment infrastructure of iyzico (iyzi Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş.). Card details are never seen or stored by the SELLER. The payment page is protected with 256-bit SSL.
The service is performed digitally; there is no physical delivery. Upon payment confirmation, the purchased licenses are assigned to the BUYER's Perfas account immediately and automatically.
The BUYER may withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason before the service is performed. However, as the licenses are performed instantly upon assignment to the account, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for licenses that have been used, per Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts. For assigned but entirely unused licenses, the BUYER may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by writing to info@4dimension.io; approved refunds are made to the original card.
Approved refunds are issued via iyzico to the card used for payment and may take 7–14 business days to appear depending on the bank.
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Türkiye are competent within the monetary limits announced annually; for merchant buyers, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Ankara are competent.
By placing an order the BUYER confirms having read and accepted all terms of this agreement. The agreement enters into force upon order confirmation and payment.
