1. Delivery
Perfas is a cloud-based software service (SaaS); there is no physical delivery. As soon
as your payment is confirmed by iyzico, the client licenses you purchased are assigned to your account
immediately and automatically and can be used right away from your panel. If you
experience any issue, contact info@4dimension.io; requests are answered within 24 hours.
2. Withdrawal and Refund Conditions
- You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
- As an instantly performed digital service, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for licenses
that have been used (Regulation on Distance Contracts, Art. 15).
- Refund requests for entirely unused licenses are evaluated and refunded if justified.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Write to info@4dimension.io from your registered e-mail address with your order details.
- Your request is reviewed within 3 business days and the outcome is communicated by e-mail.
- Approved refunds are issued via iyzico to the card used for payment.
4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds may take 7–14 business days to appear on your card depending on your
bank. The approved amount is refunded in full, with no deductions.
