From the first installation to the first management report — here is how a 50-person team gets there in seven days.
Agent setup completed, 50 employees added to the system. Basic categories (Software, Accounting, Entertainment) and keywords defined.
The system started collecting activities. First data became visible on the dashboard. Undefined activities started being detected.
Undefined activities were reviewed and missing keywords added. The categorization rate increased. The first weekly report was sent to managers.
End of week one: the dashboard is live, categories reflect how your team actually works, and managers receive their first weekly report — without changing a single workflow.
