With the system, employee working hours are measured with objective data, productive (Work) and unproductive (Other) activities are clearly separated, time-wasting habits are detected at an early stage, and management decisions are based on measurable data instead of personal observation.
The agent software runs in the background on employee computers and automatically records all application and website usage. CPU usage stays below 1% and RAM usage is around 50MB. It is available for Windows, macOS and Linux.
Activities are automatically assigned to Work/Other/Undefined categories using keyword rules. Conflicts are resolved with a priority system. The undefined activity rate drops below 8%.
