Agent setup: 2 minutes per computer. One-click Windows installer. No technical knowledge required.
Initial configuration: Adding users and defining categories and keywords takes about 30 minutes, all through the web interface.
Support: Free technical support is provided for the initial setup. A setup guide and video tutorials are available.
Active Directory/LDAP: You can use your existing user structure. Single sign-on (SSO) support is coming soon.
REST API: You can share data with your other business applications. API documentation is available.
Email integration: SMTP settings can be configured for automatic report delivery.
Note: There is currently no integration with chat apps such as Slack or Teams, but it is on the roadmap.
User data: Bulk user import is available in CSV/Excel format. Name, surname, email and unit information can be imported.
Activity data: Importing data from existing time-tracking systems is not currently supported. The system starts collecting data from scratch.
Categories and keywords: Export/import is available in JSON format. You can back up your existing configuration.

Data location: Stored on cloud servers in Türkiye. Your data does not leave the country.
Encryption: AES-256 (data at rest), TLS 1.3 (data in transit). All data is stored encrypted.
Backups: Daily automatic backups with 30-day recovery. Geographically separate backup locations.
Compliance: Fully compliant with Turkish data protection law (KVKK). A DPA can be signed. See the Security & Privacy page for details.
Audit log: All user operations and data access are logged, with 1-year retention.

No. Perfas is extremely lightweight. With an average of 0.5% CPU and 50MB RAM usage, it runs quietly in the background and never affects your daily work.
Perfas automatically detects all applications and websites you open on your computer. Microsoft Office, browsers, IDEs, design tools and more are categorized and reported.
No, absolutely not. Perfas only tracks which application is active and for how long. Screenshots, keystroke logging or content monitoring are never performed.
Yes. Every employee can view their own performance data, daily/weekly reports and productivity trends from their personal panel. This transparency supports individual growth.
Managers can access team-based summary reports, comparative analyses and trend data. With role-based access control, who sees which data can be configured precisely.
Perfas keeps working in offline mode and stores all data locally. When the connection is restored, data is synchronized automatically.

Access: You can access your data for 30 days after cancellation and export it during that period.
